Mary-anne Scott is a writer and musician from Havelock North, NZ. She has written six novels for young adults and children, Snakes and Ladders, Coming home to Roost, Sticking with Pigs, Spearo, Fantastic Mr Bean and The Tomo. Mary-anne has four adult sons and six grandchildren. She is an avid reader, a guitarist and singer and writes a weekly column for Stuff News.
