Nadia Holland has a Ph.D in Mass Communication and undergraduate qualifications in linguistics and journalism. In her pre-children university career, Nadia worked as a lecturer and tutor in addition to working as a copy-editor and proofreader. She left work to have children in 2005 and has since advised numerous women on post-baby weight loss.
